Job Details
Join a dynamic litigation team handling a broad range of matters across VA state and federal courts.
Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Counsel clients on litigation avoidance strategies and risk mitigation across multiple industries including construction, healthcare, financial services, insurance, technology, and transportation.
Communicate and maintain relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Looking For:
Virginia Bar Admission
J.D. (from top tier school is a plus)
Litigation defense background
