This position is hands-on and clinical—ideal for nurses who prefer bedside teaching and mentorship. You will work directly with students in approved clinical settings, helping prepare them to become confident, job-ready Certified Nursing Assistants. Position Overview The CNA Clinical Instructor supervises and evaluates CNA students during their on-site clinical training at approved facilities. The role focuses on skills demonstration, coaching, safety oversight, and competency evaluation to ensure students meet all CDPH requirements and are prepared for the California CNA State Exam.
