Contract Epic Healthy Planet Analyst - New Implementation

Job Summary Position Type: Contract Anticipated Duration: 9 months (March 2025 - December 2025) Location: Midwest (25% onsite, 75% remote) The Healthy Planet Analyst will support the implementation and optimization of Epic’s Healthy Planet module. This role involves system configuration, workflow optimization, and providing support during go-live and post-implementation phases. Responsibilities Assist in the configuration and optimization of the Healthy Planet module. Work with clinical teams to ensure workflows align with operational needs. Support testing and go-live activities, troubleshooting system issues as needed. Provide post-implementation support. Requirements 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT. Epic Healthy Planet certification preferred. Experience with system configuration and workflow optimization. Expected Travel 25% onsite travel in the Midwest.
