Line Associate

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking Production Associates/General Laborers for our client in High Point. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work overtime as required. This position works 6/7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday (additional overtime and weekends, as required). Responsibilities This role will assist in supporting the daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and product excellence. Assist with various aspects of the manufacturing process, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintenance. Load/unload raw materials and finished goods. Assist with the preparation and assembly of signs, including cutting, sanding, and painting materials. Visually inspect products and packaging for defects. Accurately complete production logs and other documentation. Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper storage and organization. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet client standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Proven record of good attendance. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment. Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safety documents. Physically capable of manual lifting that includes bending and reaching. Ability to lift 50 pounds (for short bursts).
