About This Role The Marketing Operations Specialist has a high level of technical knowledge and experience in one or more IT-related areas for the organization. This position's scope of responsibility includes providing technical support and assistance to departments, faculty, staff, and students with the use of software applications, customized applications, systems support, and websites, etc. This position assists the Lead Marketing Operations Strategist in the implementation and effective utilization of marketing technology platforms to support operational goals. This position uses operational knowledge to help enhance business effectiveness, follow workflows and contribute to strategic communications outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
