Lead Financial Counselor - Healthcare Office

Oncology Consultants is seeking a Financial Counselor Team Lead to organize and implement all aspects of financial counseling across clinics. You will act as a resource for staff and patients, supervise Trainers and Floats, and cover desk duties as needed. The role requires travel locally, strong knowledge of insurance, eligibility, patient payment plans, and clinical workflow. You will update SOPs, work with Clinic Financial Manager, and ensure HIPAA compliance in OncoEMR/Centricity systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr aoncology
