Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes. Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure continuity of care. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients. Assist in the development of social skills and daily living skills. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification required. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to handle challenging behaviors with professionalism. Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
