Position Overview Resident Manager I at Firestone Phoenix, a PSH family housing community with 44 units in Los Angeles, CA. This Texas Credit property requires 1+ year affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines. Job Details Full‑time. Salary range: $29.40–$38.33 per hour (DOE) – up to $47.25 per hour for qualified candidates. Requirements: 1+ year affordable housing property management experience , current CA Real Estate License , knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines, ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports, skills in resident problem solving and staff management. Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required. Yardi experience and bilingual Armenian speaking are preferred. Responsibilities Collect rental payments and make bank deposits. Prepare and submit rent roll and verify income compliance with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations. Maintain waiting list and process leases. Supervise on‑site staff, process evictions, conduct annual inspections, coordinate repairs for HUD properties, and submit vouchers.
