Grant Specialist

Grant firm seeks an ambitious, knowledgeable grant professional with grant proposal writing and nonprofit capacity-building experience. The Grant Funding Specialist will help facilitate client relations, grant prospect research, grant eligibility matching, and engagement in grant sales with varying types of nonprofit and government clients. You’re likely qualified if: You understand and can explain what characteristics distinguish grant writing risk and the likelihood of award for most any grant RFP crossing your desk, you’re possibly qualified to exceed in this position. You have independently written federal grant proposals inclusive of narratives, budgets, and common forms and attachments. Experienced grant professionals only. You have remote work experience demonstrating the independence, self-discipline, and motivation required to accomplish deliverables with exceptional quality. You have an in-depth understanding of grant RFPs and opportunities from all funding sectors (not just foundations). You have been referred to as “the most organized person in the room,” and are highly proficient in technology related to CRMs, spreadsheets, grant portal registration, etc. You’d fit right into our friendly operations team.
