Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hammond, LA, for a Franchise Business Consultant at Salad Station. In this role, the consultant will work closely with franchise owners and managers to provide guidance on business planning, operational efficiency, and financial management to optimize performance. Responsibilities also include ensuring franchise compliance with the company's standards, conducting regular inspections, and providing strategic advice for sustainable growth. The consultant will serve as a key liaison between the corporate team and franchisees, driving operational excellence and fostering strong franchisee relationships. Consultants work in stores, side-by-side with the team training, coaching, and working to improve the store for sustainable success. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Business Planning and Franchising processes to guide franchisee success Experience in Operations Management and P&L Management for optimizing operational and financial performance Proficiency in Management Consulting to provide strategic advice and problem-solving Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to build and maintain strong franchisee relationships Ability to travel 80% of the time to support franchise locations Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; prior experience in the food and beverage or franchise industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Salad Station
