This role plays a key part in our monthly close process and in maintaining the financial integrity of every project we touch. What You’ll Do Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entries Monitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activity Generate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trends Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and internal controls What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven, evolving environment A growth mindset — you’re naturally curious, quick to learn, and motivated to deepen your knowledge every day Experience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirement Why You’ll Love Working With Us You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values integrity, teamwork, and doing things right.
