We are seeking an RN or LPN to join our Senior Care Facility in the Wisconsin Dells, WI area. We are a servant-minded organization that has served Wisconsin communities for 30+ years.
Status: Full-Time
Hourly Wage: Starting at $50/hr
Hours: Weekday day-time hours with phone triage duties when scheduled
JOB DUTIES SUMMARY:
- Lead the planning and delivery of individualized care to support the health and well-being of our residents
- Prepare and update care plans for each resident, proactively communicating status changes to physicians, family, and care team partners
- Provide oversight for medication-related processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ Years Experience
- Wisconsin Nursing License - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Demonstrated clinical nursing competence
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
- Leadership aptitude
