Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for an onsite order processor position.

 

Pay : $14.63/hr

Shift : Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

This position is 100% onsite.

The Order Processor is a temporary role (9–12 months) responsible for locating, preparing, and organizing title documents for imaging. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy while meeting daily production goals.

What We Do
Intake, image, sort and ship documents sent to First American from clients with proficient speed and accuracy to ensure deliverables are met on time. Research and troubleshot documents approaching SLA to ensure timely deliverables. Provide email correspondence with client contacts to maintain and build the relationship (if necessary).

 

Job Responsibilities

• Intake documents sent to First American through mail or email

• Sorting documents based on shipping location

• Ship documents out based on client requirements

• Ensure accuracy by correcting any found issues

• Runs/reviews internal and external reports

• Tracks computer orders – manual or system generated

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel

• Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

• Good verbal and written skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible

• Basic math skills

• Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving

• High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $14.63 per hour
