FULL TIME POSITION – Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE - WILLING TO TRAIN
Strong communication Skills (Telephone, email and face to face)
Quality Control and attention to detail
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Ability to follow specific instructions
Dependability and a Positive attitude
-Basic computer skills, Minimum of 40 WPM
-Organization and ability to multitask
-Must be forward thinking and have a good grasp of AI capabilities. Be comfortable using and implementing AI in daily tasks.
If you have a background in Customer Service, the printing and embroidery industry and are forward thinking this job is for you! We are always willing to train the right candidate in both areas if needed however.
