Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Logistics and Records Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Kingston, NY

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 8:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds.
• Use hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools to transport items safely.
• Read labels, track orders, and operate proprietary computer systems and scanners.
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets, and load pallets onto trucks manually or with equipment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy boxes independently on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and write in English.
• Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and climbing ladders when necessary.
• Steel or composite toe footwear.
