Job Description The ID Logistics Logistic Team Leader manages the team's activity and organizes work to achieve defined objectives. They are a line manager responsible for the quality of the work carried out in compliance with internal processes, health and safety rules for goods and people, and customer specifications. Responsibilities Plans, manages, and controls teamwork, defines clear rules with objectives and expectations. Communicates the roadmap and final goals, understands team members’ motivations, and inspires them by showing the usefulness and reward of their work. Sets up a periodic routine (brief type) of communication, monitoring, and measurement of the area’s activity and objectives. Gives feedback—both random and formal (recognition, improvement, reframing)—and ensures employees are at the expected level, providing support and/or training as required. Promotes process improvement, internal innovation programs, and encourages collaborators to participate. Scales workforce and equipment according to volume forecasts to plan operations and meet performance requirements, prioritizes operations based on field constraints, and provides supervision. Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates execution of specific requirements. Knows and applies the health and safety rules and procedures of ID Logistics and local regulations. Analyzes equipment checklists, ensures corrective actions per procedures, and anticipates operational problems to propose continuous improvement actions within responsibility scope. Organizes the workplace per procedures and sector objectives. Verifies that procedures and objectives are up to date, responds to audits when necessary, and complies with unit certifications. Provides and monitors key performance indicators, ensures continuity of information between team, hierarchy, and internal partners. Analyzes and communicates deviations between planned and actual values, initiates appropriate corrective measures in coordination with operational management in the warehouse. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; one or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to successfully complete post‑hire assessments. Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company). Ability to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (protective footwear, eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
