Pay: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses (Paid Weekly)

About the Role

We are hiring a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing events and promotions team in San Diego. This is a fully in-person, customer-facing role focused on engaging with the public, promoting services, and driving brand awareness and sales.

No prior experience, no problem. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear development pathways to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers face-to-face and provide outstanding service
• Deliver product and service presentations
• Generate sales through one-on-one conversations
• Assist with event setup, displays, and breakdown
• Apply sales and communication techniques in real-world settings
• Participate in ongoing training and performance development

No Experience? No Problem

We welcome entry-level candidates. Full product and sales training is provided.

We are primarily looking for individuals with strong soft skills, including confidence, positivity, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport.
