Managing and growing relationships with private capital clients, the full-time California Licensed Private Risk Specialist will develop customized insurance programs, advise on risk management strategies, and ensure exceptional client service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with private equity firms, family offices, and venture capital organizations Develop and implement tailored personal and commercial insurance programs based on clients' risk profiles Advise clients on risk management strategies for personal assets, business operations, and executive liabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in private client, commercial insurance, or risk management roles Strong understanding of property & casualty insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver consultative solutions Insurance licensing required or ability to obtain upon hire
