Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Role:
Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing in-home care in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with patients to develop and implement rehabilitation programs, including therapeutic exercises and physical modalities like massage and ultrasound. Collaborate with the healthcare team, evaluate patient progress, adjust care plans, and document services. Provide training on assistive devices and ensure personalized patient care, communicating with supervising Physical Therapists as needed.
Qualifications:
Must hold an Associate Degree in Science or Applied Science, active Ohio PTA license, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current CPR certification, and recent TB test. Prior experience and strong communication skills are preferred. Ability to travel, handle physical workload with compassion, and demonstrate leadership qualities are essential.
