Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to join the team in a hybrid office and field-based capacity. This role partners closely with Project Management to keep projects organized, on track, and well-documented, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a future Project Manager role. What You'll Do as the Project Engineer/Coordinator: Support project setup, execution, and closeout alongside the Project Manager Assist with developing project estimates, budgets, and cost tracking Maintain accurate project documentation within project management systems Track project progress and ensure records are current and complete Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation with clients and internal teams Communicate updates to stakeholders and support ongoing client relationships Execute change orders and support financial alignment of projects Maintain organized project files, logs, and closeout documentation Identify project issues and elevate when appropriate Must-Haves as the Project Engineer: Experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or estimating support Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents Familiarity with project management or construction software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid numerical and analytical ability Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills Nice-to-Haves as the Project Engineer: Exposure to estimating or budgeting processes Experience supporting change orders and cost tracking Interest in growing into a Project Manager role Prior experience working in both office and field environments Benefits Offered: Clear path for career growth into Project Management Exposure to a variety of construction projects and stakeholders Supportive and team-oriented work environment Competitive compensation and benefits package Hands-on experience across both office and field operations Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
