Janitorial Account Manager (Bilingual)

Job Description As the single point of contact within a major account, the Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. The Account Manager takes ownership of the account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations. Responsibilities Supervise, coach and train Team Members Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules Implement 4M Operational Playbook Maintain accurate building/facility records Promote a safe work environment Qualifications 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience Ability to manage multiple projects at once Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing Strong drive for results Sense of urgency Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client Ability to analyze issues and create solutions About 4M Founded in 1978, 4M Building Solutions is a janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, and disinfecting services company headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
