Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose various speech, language, and communication disorders in students using standardized tests and other diagnostic tools. Create, customize, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs, setting specific, measurable goals for improvement in speech, language, and communication skills. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, fluency, and social communication skills, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions. Pay - $43-50/hr Qualifications Degree : Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders License / Certification : Must hold active IL SLP license CCCs Encouraged/CFs will be considered too!
