RF Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and testing of RF Power Amplifiers with power levels below 100 watts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize amplifier performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of RF components into larger systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and field issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporate relevant innovations into product designs.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RF design and project management, particularly with Power Amplifiers.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, circuit design, and simulation tools.
- Experience with Land Mobile Radio systems and public safety communication standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using RF simulation software (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for public safety communications.
- Hands-on experience with RF testing equipment and methodologies.
