Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the quality assurance and continuous improvement teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: North Kingstown, RI

Pay Range: $25-$28

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Assist the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality system.
• Support continual improvement activities to enhance product and process quality.
• Conduct manual inspections to qualify parts and suppliers, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, and Purchasing teams to resolve non-conforming products promptly.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to optimize quality outcomes.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional quality skills training is a plus.
• 0 – 2 years of related experience; 1 year of dimensional and visual inspection experience preferred.
• Knowledge of incoming inspection techniques, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Measurement
