Sus responsabilidades incluirán contestar llamadas telefónicas, programar citas, planificar reuniones y escribir correspondencia. El candidato ideal es altamente organizado, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal y un comportamiento amistoso. Responsabilidades Responda a las llamadas telefónicas entrantes y diríjalas a la persona adecuada Programe citas y mantenga un calendario Organice reuniones y tome actas precisas Escribir correos electrónicos, memorandos y cartas y distribuirlos adecuadamente Mantener un sistema de archivo organizado Desarrollar, actualizar y mantener los procedimientos de oficina relevantes Calificaciones Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria / GED, se prefiere un título de asociado o capacitación administrativa Familiaridad con los equipos de oficina estándar, como impresoras y máquinas de fax.
