This position demands strong analytical skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Looking for a proactive, collaborative team member who demonstrates flexibility and commitment to achieving goals and meeting deadlines.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for government programs.* Prepare, review, and finalize monthly spend plans to support financial forecasting and compliance.* Support pricing strategies for all contract types* Analyze cost data and provide actionable insights to program and leadership teams.* Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.**Key Qualifications and Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.* Minimum 10 years of experience in program cost analysis within government contracting/manufacturing.* Proven expertise in pricing and cost management.* Strong analytical and communication skills.* Highly organized and able to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events.* Ability to react well under pressure and respond promptly to customer needs.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; general knowledge of Microsoft Outlook products.* Experience with Cost Point and Cognos is preferred.**Language Skills*** Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.**Mathematical Skills*** Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.* Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.**Reasoning Ability*** Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.**Computer Skills**To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Outlook; MS Excel and MS Word software.**Other Essential Duties*** Follows all import/export requirements, consulting with facility import/export personnel as required.**Other Skills and Abilities*** Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen* Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP...)**Other Qualifications*** US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.#TBETeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
