Always Best Care is seeking professional and compassionate caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs in Austin and surrounding areas. HIRING FOR PRN POSITIONS Responsibilities: From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. Schedules: Flexible Schedule - available shifts to fit your schedule PRN -Flexible Hours Weekends Overnights Weekdays Pay and Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Flexible hours Weekly pay with direct deposit Paid mileage while on the job 1.5x holiday pay Paid training and ongoing training programs (specialized training) 24/7 support for when you need it Strong focus on compatible Caregiver- Client matches Ability to create a flexible schedule around your home-life, and/or other jobs We provide paid on the job training and continuing education/ professional development. Qualifications and Requirements: Must be 18 years or older High School diploma or GED preferred Need reliable transportation Required to pass background check Good verbal, written and reading skills Previous experience is preferred but not required CNA, HHA, and Basic Life Support/CPR training a plus but not required Must be able to read, write and speak English COVID-19 Safety Precautions currently in place.
