Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 13-Week Contract (SNF)
Location: Pulaski, Virginia 24301
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Shift Time: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Commission: $2000.00 - $2025.00 per week
Additional Information:
Must have active Virginia SLP license.
Must have CCC-SLP or be CFY eligible .
Must have current BLS certification (AHA) .
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations.
Conduct patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
