He/she ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. The Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for planning, directing, and guiding the business goals, plans, and processes for the electrical scope of work. Field work requires experience and confidence working in and around heavy industrial equipment and systems, which includes average to loud noises, the ability to traverse uneven grounds, and possible outdoor weather conditions. Vision requires the capacity for close and far vision, the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, and peripheral vision. This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Employee must be able to navigate the jobsite and must comply with all Company safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite.
