Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time Location: Las Vegas, NV Organization: Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) Position Overview Project ReDirect, Inc. is seeking a Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Adult Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). This role provides hands‑on clinical care, ensures regulatory compliance, and plays a key role in training and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to maintain high‑quality services. Schedule Part‑Time: 20–25 hours per week Monday–Friday (daytime hours) Compensation $24–$32 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for growth within a multi‑state organization Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical care and respond to participant health needs Perform vital signs, FSBG testing, and medication administration Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with Nevada standards Ensure adherence to ADSD/DRC regulations and PRD policies Collaborate with DSPs, case managers, clinicians, and families Monitor participant health status and report changes as needed Train and support DSPs on health protocols, medication administration, and best practices Reinforce compliance with health, safety, and documentation standards Qualifications Current, unrestricted Nevada LPN license 1+ year experience in adult acute care and/or behavioral health Current CPR/First Aid certification CPI certification preferred Experience working with ID/DD populations preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EHR systems Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation Professional, team‑oriented, and participant‑focused #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Redirect
