The Administrative Assistant will coordinate administrative processes for the Computer Science Department Head and Director of the Institute for Cyber Operations within the College of Science & Mathematics. Responsibilities include the management of budgets, travel, hiring, personnel, and administrative workflows.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Working knowledge of all office equipment, computer software, and administrative procedures. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate on a professional level Ability to work independently and calmly in an occasionally stressful environment; ability to prioritize tasks. Takes initiative in solving problems and can develop creative solutions to challenges while providing outstanding customer service.Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required.
