We are seeking dependable, compassionate professionals who are ready to make a positive impact while growing with a supportive team.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid Indiana driver's license; reliable transportation; active auto insurance; current vehicle registration; and a clean criminal history and driving record. Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be dependable, compassionate, flexible, and eager to learn.Responsibilities may vary by homesite and can include:Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.Ready to apply?
