Restaurant General Manager — Lead Growth & Guest Experience

honeygrow

honeygrow is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, uphold policies and training, and drive guest satisfaction. You will promote the company culture, supervise staff performance, and ensure accurate cash handling and weekly payroll delivery. The role includes accountability for P&L results and coordinating manager meetings to drive financial and operational excellence. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining room functions, ensure food quality, and coach the Assistant #J-18808-Ljbffr honeygrow
