The IHOP Restaurant Server delivers friendly, attentive service while helping create a positive dining experience for every guest. This role supports smooth restaurant operations by providing prompt service, maintaining IHOP standards, and contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide positive and consistent guest interaction throughout each shift.
- Deliver excellent service while maintaining IHOP standards for quality and hospitality.
- Support consistent product quality and high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injuries and accidents.
- Complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Project a favorable image of IHOP and promote its goals and objectives.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays when restaurants are busiest.
