Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown activities. Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. Support event logistics and daily event activities. Help guide attendees and create a positive event experience. Provide excellent customer service during events. Assist with promotional and customer engagement activities. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming event spaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
