What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
• Diagnose confidently and educate patients on treatment options.
• Prioritize same-day treatment whenever it's in the patient's best interest.
• Maintain a productive schedule while providing outstanding clinical care.
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and the entire team.
• Continue growing through mentorship, feedback, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, comprehensive dentistry.
• Growth mindset and willingness to be coached.
