CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist, you will be tasked with the configuration and management of CNC equipment to produce and verify high-accuracy components. Your daily duties involve executing machining tasks in strict alignment with technical blueprints, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks, all while ensuring that production logs are kept precise and up to date. Key Duties Configure and manage a variety of CNC machinery in accordance with established manufacturing protocols. Execute routine machining tasks to help drive consistent production output. Analyze and translate technical schematics, diagrams, and procedural documentation. Verify the quality of finished components to ensure they meet all necessary specifications. Manage the transfer of CNC software and keep detailed production logs, whether digital or physical. Support team growth by offering technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues. Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency are upheld to improve overall shop productivity. Adhere to all organizational safety, quality, and floor management policies. Complete additional tasks as requested by management. Requirements Completion of a High School Diploma or an equivalent credential. Between one and three years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Practical background in the setup and operation of CNC equipment. Proficiency in understanding and applying information from technical drawings and instructions. Demonstrated experience in the inspection of precision-engineered parts. Foundational computer literacy and familiarity with digital production tracking systems. Strong focus on precision to help maintain high product quality standards. Effective written and spoken communication abilities. Capacity to collaborate in a professional manner with team members. A background in technical or vocational machining is considered a plus.
