Senior Brand Designer Create work with purpose. Shape a brand with meaning. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) and Indian Pueblos Marketing, Inc. (IPMI) are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to bring our brands, stories, programs, experiences, and initiatives to life through exceptional visual communication. This is a highly visible creative role for a designer who can think strategically, execute at a high level, and take ownership from concept through final production. You'll work across an unusually diverse range of projects-from marketing campaigns and publications to retail, exhibitions, signage, digital experiences, fundraising, special events, and environmental graphics. You'll be both a creative partner and brand steward, helping ensure that every visual expression is thoughtful, compelling, culturally appropriate, and consistent with our brand. What You'll Do Lead the development of creative concepts and visual solutions across print, digital, environmental, promotional, retail, fundraising, experiential, and organizational communications. Help shape and protect the visual identities of IPCC/IPMI across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Translate marketing and organizational objectives into compelling, audience-focused creative. Design everything from campaigns, advertisements, publications, brochures, presentations, and social assets to signage, merchandise, environmental graphics, and digital experiences. Manage creative projects from initial concept through final production, balancing creative quality, deadlines, budgets, and production requirements. Serve as the team's expert in commercial print production, prepress, proofing, color, materials, finishing, and production specifications. Collaborate with printers, fabricators, photographers, promotional vendors, and other creative partners to bring projects successfully to completion. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their goals, recommend creative approaches, and deliver effective solutions. Present concepts and recommendations while thoughtfully incorporating feedback and maintaining strong creative standards. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Director of Strategic Marketing, Graphic Designer, Creative Content & Social Media Strategist, and other team members on integrated campaigns and initiatives. Help strengthen creative workflows, production processes, and brand management practices. Stay current with evolving design trends, technologies, production methods, and industry best practices. What You'll Bring We're looking for an accomplished designer who is equally comfortable developing the big idea and checking the final proof. You should have: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in graphic design, branding, creative services, marketing, advertising, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in brand development, implementation, and stewardship. Strong experience designing for both print and digital applications. Demonstrated knowledge of commercial print production, prepress, and production management. Experience managing creative projects, vendors, and production partners. Strong stakeholder and client-service skills. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Exceptional attention to detail, creative judgment, and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Show Us Your Work A professional portfolio is required . Your portfolio should demonstrate strong print and digital design and include examples such as branding, marketing campaigns, publications, collateral, signage, promotional products, environmental graphics, or other professionally produced creative work.
