Program Manager III, Turnkey Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator (CM) capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and ensuring the execution of comprehensive testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT).Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning (IOR/EOR), and enforcing rigorous tracking compliance (ASN/POD) to meet deployment deadlines.Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, coordinating Test Requirements Document (TRD) development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployment schedules.Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve high-level commercial and supply bottlenecks.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management.Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for network racks.Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.Experience in managing data center hardware products or supply chain operations.
