About the Role:

Farmland LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Supervisor to lead our talented team in Wakefield, MA! Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily bakery operations

Train, mentor, and motivate bakery staff to maintain high performance and quality standards

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Maintain quality control standards and address any production or product issues promptly

Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and day-to-day team management

Requirements:

2+ years of bakery experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
