A leading distributor serving civil infrastructure, underground utilities, and waterworks contractors is seeking a Construction Estimator in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama & Florida. These roles offer Remote flexibility but must you must reside in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, or Florida. About the Role This role focuses on turning plans into accurate, competitive bids while strengthening relationships with contractors, engineers, and municipalities. This is a hands‑on position for someone who thrives on reading plans, building takeoffs, and helping win projects. Speed, accuracy, and communication matter here. Responsibilities Review project drawings and specifications to determine quoting opportunities Build detailed takeoffs using PlanSwift estimating software Collaborate with Outside Sales on project strategy and pricing Prepare clear, professional quotations for contractors and engineering firms Manage multiple bids and deadlines across active construction projects Support underground water, sewer, and civil infrastructure opportunities Qualifications Proven estimating experience within waterworks, underground utilities, civil construction, or related distribution Strong working knowledge of PlanSwift , required Ability to read civil plans, blueprints, and specifications High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable working closely with sales teams and external customers Preferred Skills Experience in civil construction Knowledge of underground utilities If you have estimating experience and strong PlanSwift skills, this role offers the chance to step into a fast-moving environment where your work directly drives project success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
