About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary care team and provide expert care to patients diagnosed with cancer. The Oncologist will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of cancers using evidence-based practices, cutting-edge treatments, and a patient-centered approach.

As an Oncologist, you will collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and supportive care teams to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat various types of cancers using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with the broader oncology care team.
  • Provide ongoing patient care, including monitoring treatment effectiveness, managing side effects, and offering support.
  • Participate in tumor board meetings and collaborate in multidisciplinary case reviews.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis in a compassionate and clear manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
  • Stay informed on the latest research, clinical trials, and advancements in oncology care.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Oncology/Hematology.
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Oncology.
  • State licensure to practice medicine.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of clinical oncology experience preferred.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to compassionate, holistic, and culturally sensitive patient care.
