The Senior Demand Supply Planner has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools. If you are someone who thrives in such an environment, then this role is for you!/ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliManage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines./liliIdentify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams./liliLead Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines./liliWork with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans./liliReport on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development./liliDevelop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data./liliDrive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.)/lili6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies./liliComplete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple internal and internal parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards./liliTechnical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes./liliExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce./liliAbility to travel up to 10% of the time./liliAbility to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliMasters degree or other higher education./lili8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies./liliStrong experience with SQL databases, including building custom queries for production and inventory metrics./liliProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview./liliKnowledge of supply chain planning systems like Blue Yonder and best practices in demand planning, inventory management, and SOP./liliExperience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, six sigma principles, and big data evaluation techniques./liliProactive, able to take substantial responsibility across various functions, with a focus on speed and accuracy./liliAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance/li/ulpUS Salary Range/pp$129,000 - $171,000 USD/ppThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
