What You’ll Do As an LPN at Freedom Senior Living, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care they deserve. Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. Monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, and assisting with treatments as needed. Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes. Documenting care and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with regulations. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dedicated LPN with the following qualifications: Active LPN license in good standing. At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
