Front of House Team Member

Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team at the University of MichiganFlint UCEN Caf.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a consistent weekday schedule with Fridays and weekends off!

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:30 AM 6:15 PM
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: OFF

Pay:

$15$18 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and guests
Operate the POS/register and handle transactions accurately
Stock and maintain front-of-house areas
Assist with food and beverage service
Keep the caf clean, organized, and welcoming
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Positive, friendly attitude
Dependable and punctual
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous caf, restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus
