Production Manager

Production Manager positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Opelika, Alabama). Manage production engineering operations for Mando's proprietary automotive parts. Manage investment budgets and expenses, oversee the development and utilization of equipment and processes in advanced manufacturing operations, and manage equipment set-up and mass production. Oversee quality management systems, the implementation of continuous improvement processes, and the utilization of lean manufacturing systems and information technology systems. Lead projects and oversee the training of project team members, overseeing cross-functional collaboration between production, maintenance, and production control to ensure operational performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires 10 years of experience in performing production engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Managing a mass production machine system;
  • Setting up equipment for mass production;
  • Using lean manufacturing systems; and
  • Performing cross-departmental coordination.
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
