Soo Hipp Plumbing is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company serving the South Bay. We are hiring an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician who is driven, reliable, and ready to grow with a company that values quality work and customer service.

If you have strong technical skills and can confidently present solutions to customers, this is an opportunity to earn six figures with a supportive team and consistent work.

Pay & Compensation

$85,000 $150,000+ per year (top performers exceed this)
$20/hour OR 15% commission (whichever is greater)
Performance-based bonuses
Weekly earning potential based on production
Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers
Present and sell service options based on customer needs
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
Complete jobs efficiently and to company standards
Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Requirements

3+ years of residential plumbing experience (REQUIRED)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience in customer-facing service roles
Ability to present options and close sales
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with ServiceTitan
Strong sales performance history
