Position Overview

Elite Institute Career School is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Admissions & Student Recruitment Representative to help expand enrollment in our Project Management training program.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping prospective students take the next step toward their career goals.

This position requires someone who can generate student interest, respond to inquiries, conduct enrollment consultations, and consistently follow up with prospective applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively recruit prospective students for Elite Institute's Project Management training program.
• Contact potential students through telephone calls, emails, text messages, community outreach, and approved recruitment channels.
• Explain program benefits, curriculum, schedules, admissions requirements, and potential career pathways.
• Conduct professional admissions consultations and informational sessions.
• Follow up with interested applicants and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Coordinate with the Financial Aid Advisor to help applicants understand available financing options and complete required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and enrollment progress.
• Develop relationships with community organizations, workforce development agencies, and referral partners.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, open houses, and community outreach activities.
• Work toward established weekly and monthly student recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Elite Institute professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, customer service, or workforce development preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage prospective students.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management systems.
• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable performance goals.
• Experience in career education, vocational training, or postsecondary admissions is a plus.
