Gastroenterologist Opportunity

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent opportunity in Noblesville, Indiana, within the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

This position offers a flexible block-style schedule, strong guaranteed compensation, additional productivity incentives, and established procedural resources supporting an efficient gastroenterology practice.

$905,000 starting base salary

The schedule may use rotating blocks that include:

Outpatient consultation sessions

Concentrated procedural blocks

Rotating inpatient consultation coverage

Follow-up and administrative time

Shared call responsibilities

Evaluate and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders

Perform upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and therapeutic procedures

Provide outpatient and hospital-based consultations

Manage inflammatory bowel disease and chronic gastrointestinal conditions

Evaluate liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and digestive-system cancers

Coordinate treatment with surgeons, hospitalists, oncologists, APPs, and referring clinicians

Support clinical quality and patient-safety initiatives

Complete medical records and procedure documentation accurately

MD or DO degree

Accredited Internal Medicine residency training

Completion or anticipated completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Eligible for Indiana medical licensure

Strong clinical, procedural, and collaborative skills

Experienced physicians and graduating fellows encouraged to apply

Candidates completing fellowship in 2027 or 2028 are welcome

Advanced endoscopy training is helpful but not mandatory

Visa sponsorship is available for qualified physicians.
