Job Title: Psychiatric Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Psychiatric Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1st Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00-19:00) Experience: Previous pediatric psychiatric experience required License: NH or Compact RN License Certifications: BLS, CPI Must-Have: - Phlebotomy experience; must be willing to perform blood draws on pediatric and adolescent populations - Ability to work with pediatric patient population Description: Psychiatric Registered Nurse needed for an ASAP start. This role involves caring for pediatric and adolescent patients in a psychiatric setting. The nurse will perform general and specialized nursing duties under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include administering medication and medical treatments. The nurse will engage in comprehensive treatment planning with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Candidates must uphold the vision and mission of the agency through daily practice. Utilizing Practice Model theories, beliefs, and principles is essential in this role.
